We’re Anita and Byron. Our story began in culinary school—two people from hospitality backgrounds, brought together by a shared dream: to build a better future, not just for ourselves but for the family we longed to grow. We worked side by side in fast-paced restaurants, learning the meaning of grit, service, and sacrifice. Our love for food and serving others brought us together, and our faith and deep commitment to one another made us inseparable.

Eventually, we turned our shared passion into a business—launching a thriving catering company and operating three food trucks. Those years were filled with early mornings, late nights, and a deep sense of purpose. We were blessed with two beautiful children and poured everything we had into building a life of love, service, and hard work.

Then the pandemic hit. Overnight, our business—our dream—came to a halt. In the middle of that uncertainty, we welcomed our third child, a bright light during one of the hardest seasons of our lives.

Instead of giving up, we chose to pivot.

That season of loss gave birth to something new: our journey into real estate investing. Today, we give life to distressed properties, transforming neglected houses into homes with care and intention. We buy houses with cash, help sellers move on quickly, and handle everything—from closing to cleanout—so they can breathe easier and focus on what matters next.

This work gives us meaning. It gives others relief. And it helps us continue our mission: to build generational wealth, achieve financial freedom, and create a legacy of stability, faith, and opportunity for our three children—and the generations that follow.
